Delta-Seal / Seal GZ
Delta-Seal is the top coat used in the method. The coating is organic and especially adapted to be applied on top of Delta-Protekt KL100.
Other properties:
- Organic topcoat
- Dense coating
- Several color alternatives (with color chart)
- Coating thickness 4-10 um
- Friction reducing, especially GZ
- Coefficient of friction 0,09-0,14
- Reduced bi-metallic corrosion
- Good climate resistance, even in sulphurous atmospheres
- Used for stainless steel, Fe, Zn, Al and phospated surfaces
- Good dimensional stability
- Good weather resistance
- Good chemical resistance
